A petition to the Supreme Court to hand over the body of the martyr Mohammad Abu Jom’a
On Sunday, lawyer for Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, Mohammad Mahmoud, submitted a petition to the Israeli Supreme Court, to hand over the body of the Jerusalemite martyr Mohammad Abu Jum’a.
Lawyer Mahmoud also submitted a request to prevent the burial of the martyr Abu Jom’a in the "Numbers Cemetery".
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the judge gave the Public Prosecution office until Monday at 1:00 p.m. to respond to the petition.
The young man, Mohammad Abu Jom’a, was martyred, on September 22nd, near the “Modi’in” settlement, and the occupation authorities continue to arrest the young man, Raed Abu Jom’a - the martyr’s cousin - who was with him and his two daughters in the vehicle, before Mohammad got out of it and was shot.
