Transferred from the hospital to prison - filing an indictment against the wounded boy Mohammad Abu Qteish on Thursday
On Monday, the Magistrate's Court judge extended the detention of the wounded 16-year-old boy, Mohammad Abu Qteish, until Thursday.
The lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, Firas Al-Jabrini, explained that the boy, Mohammad Abu Qteish, was presented today to the court, and his detention was extended to Thursday.
Abu Qteish was arrested on the 22nd of this month, after he was hit by a bullet in the lung that penetrated his body, in Sheikh Jarrah playground, and was referred for treatment at Hadassah Issawiya Hospital and then was transferred to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, and last Thursday he was transferred from the hospital to Al-Maskobyeh Prison. The police claimed that Abu Qteish carried out a stabbing attack on a settler near the "French Hill" settlement.
