Minister Itamar bin Gavir stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque
On Tuesday morning, the Minister of National Security in the Israeli government stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Minister Itamar bin Gavir stormed Al-Aqsa through the Dung Gate, with heavy security from the occupation forces and officers, while the police were deployed at the gates of Al-Aqsa and prevented some from entering it during the storming.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem stated that Ben Gavir stormed Al-Aqsa several minutes before seven in the morning, "that is, before the time for the morning incursions period," and the raid continued for 15 minutes.
Ben Gavir's storming of Al-Aqsa came days after the formation of the Israeli government and his assumption of his new position.
Dozens of settlers also carried out their incursions into Al-Aqsa on Tuesday, during the morning incursions, while groups of settlers performed prayers at the gates of Al-Aqsa from the outside.
