Shu’fat refugee camp - The martyrdom of the boy Mohammad Mohammed Ali and detaining his body
The Jerusalemite boy, Mohammad Ali Mohammad Ali, 16 yea old, was shot and killed by the occupation forces, during clashes in the Shu’fat refugee camp, in conjunction with the demolition of the house of martyr Uday al-Tamimi.
The family of the martyr Mohammad Ali announced the death of their son, after he was wounded in the chest area in the Shu’fat refugee camp. The cameras documented the targeting of the martyr, Mohammad Ali, with bullets, holding him to the ground after the injury, and searching him physically, despite his limited ability to move.
At first, the soldiers tried to prevent access to him by the people to transfer him to the medical center for treatment, then he was transferred, but with the presence and escort of the forces during transportation and inside the center, and even during attempts to resuscitate him and in the ambulance.
The boy was taken to the Shu’fat refugee camp checkpoint and then to Hadassah Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the police detained the body of the martyr after his death, and transferred it to the Abu Kbeir Institute.
After announcing the boy’s martyrdom and seizing his body, a march took place from his house in the camp towards the military checkpoint, and violent clashes broke out in the area, and the forces fired gas bombs and rubber bullets extensively.
