Day 188: Jerusalem during “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation

On the 188 th day of "Al-Aqsa Flood Operation", the occupation forces obstructed the entry of worshipers into Al-Aqsa Mosque, arrested young men and prevented some from entering it, and the forces set up checkpoints in the streets of the city of Jerusalem.

The worshipers explained to the Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem that the forces stationed at Lions Gate - one of the gates of Al-Aqsa - prevented them from entering the mosque without any reason, and asked them to go to Hutta Gate to enter Al-Aqsa.

Meanwhile, the forces arrested the freed prisoner, Bashar Obaidi, from the Damascus Gate area in Jerusalem, noting that he was a freed prisoner who had spent 9 years in prison.

In the evening hours, the forces stormed the village of Issawiya.

The police set up checkpoints in the streets of Jerusalem, stopped vehicles and issued tickets.

Meanwhile, the police said that they arrested two boys from the Old City of Jerusalem, under the pretext of “possession of firecrackers.”
