Prison sentences and fines…sentencing 8 Jerusalemites
On Monday, the District Court issued an actual prison sentence against 8 Jerusalemites.
The lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center, Mohammad Mahmoud, and the families of
the detained prisoners explained that the judges sentenced:
• Tarek Natsheh: Actual imprisonment for 56 months, and a compensation of 12,500 shekels.
• Naim Natsheh: Actual imprisonment for 50 months, and a compensation of 12,500 shekels.
• Youssef Bseiso: Actual imprisonment for 36 months, and a compensation of 12,500 shekels.
• Ahmed Nimer: Actual imprisonment for 36 months, and a compensation of 12,500 shekels.
• Basem Al-Rajabi: Actual imprisonment for 24 months, a compensation of 12,500 shekels, and
suspended probation of 6 months for 3 years.
• Ibrahim Sub Laban: Actual imprisonment for 24 months, a compensation of 12,500 shekels,
and suspended probation of 6 months for 3 years.
• Hamza Sub Laban: Actual imprisonment for 24 months, a compensation of 12,500 shekels, and
suspended probation of 6 months for 3 years.
• Ali Al-Taweel: Actual imprisonment for 24 months, a compensation of 12,500 shekels, and
suspended probation of 6 months for 3 years.
