Extensions of arrest…travel-ban…and indictments including charges of joining ISIS
The District judge extended the arrest of 5 children from the village of Al-Tur until Thursday on charges of throwing Molotov Cocktails towards the settlement of “Bet Aort”.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the children are: 17-year old Abdullah Samer Abu Sbitan, 17-year old Basem Maher Sbitani, 16-year old Siraj Mahmoud Abu Sbitan, 17-year old Mahmoud Ahmad Abulhawa and 16-year old Omar Abulhawa. They were presented to the District Court after an appeal was submitted against the Magistrate judge’s decision to extend their arrest until Monday. The Intelligence requested to extend their arrest for a longer period. After heading the police claims, he District judge agreed to extend their arrest until Thursday.
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge also extended the arrest of Tarek Darwish, Ali Darwish and Louai Abu Hummos until 12/4/2016.
The judge also extended the arrest of Mus’ab Alayan and Samir Abed Rabbo until 28/3/2016, Ala’ Salah and Mahmoud Mheisen until 3/5/2016, Mohammad Alayan and Yousef Alayan until 14/4/2016 and Akram Mustafa until 6/4/2016.
The public prosecution submitted an indictment against prisoner Hakim Dirbas including charged of throwing Molotov Cocktails and an attempt to open fire. The judge extended his arrest until 14/4/2016; he is under administrative arrest.
Release…travel-ban
The judge decided to release the child Omar Abu Ishaq on condition of house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail.
He also released Alawi Risheq with a 2000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 10 days and a travel-ban for 6 months in addition to a third-party bail; Alawi spent 19 days inside the occupation’s cells.
Joining “ISIS”
The public prosecution recently submitted an indictment against 4 young Jerusalemite men that included charges of “attempting to joining ISIS, participating in an illegal organization, supporting a terrorist organization and illegally leaving the country.” They are: Luqman Aton, Yousef J’eiwi, Sufian Al-Atrash and Abed Abu Ter; they judge extended their arrest until 31/3/2016.
Extending the arrest of a girl and a woman
The Magistrate judge also extended the arrest of Sahar Natsheh and the girl Sundos Samir Obeid until Tuesday.
He also released Hanadi Halawani.
