Extending the arrest of a woman and 10 young men
The Magistrate judge extended on Monday the arrest of a Jerusalemite woman and 10 young men and released two others.
Lawyer Mohamamd Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Maisoon Halaweh until 27/7/2016 on charges of “possession of a knife”. He also extended the arrest of Ali Abu Husein until 29/7/2016, Naser Abu Khdeir and Mohammad Abu Khdeir until 27/7/2016, Atallah Awadallah until 28/7/2016, Mohammad Fayez Abu Khdeir and Mahmoud Abu Khdeir and Adam Abu Khdeir until 25/7/2016.
The judge also extended the arrest of Munir Mahmoud, Nidal Ghannam and Sami Asi until completing the legal procedures against them.
On the other hand, the judge decided to released Mohammad Naser and Mohammad Omar Mahmoud with a 750-NIS bail, house-arrest for 7 days and a third-party bail for each.
