Demolishing commercial and residential establishments in the villages of Esawyeh and Silwan
The occupation municipality’s bulldozers supported by Israeli forces demolished on Tuesday morning a residential establishment and another commercial facility in the village of Esawyeh under the pretext of building without a permit.
Mohammad Abu Hummos, member of follow-up committee in the village of Esawyeh, explained that the occupation’s bulldozers demolished an under-construction 140-square meters house owned by Salah Abdel Nabi Mahmoud. They also demolished a 60-square meters commercial facility (a car-repair shop) built from bricks and roofed with tin plated owned by Haitham Mustafa. Abu Hummos pointed out that the is third time the commercial facility gets demolished.
Abu Hummos also added that the bulldozers demolished two walls owned by Raed Sabri Bojeh and Yousef Mahmoud Mustafa.
He added that the bulldozers along with occupation forces raided the eastern part of the village of Esawyeh at 4 a.m. and completely surrounded the area to execute the demolition.
In the same context, the occupation bulldozers demolished an under-construction house in the neighborhood of Wad Qaddoum in Silwan without prior notice and without the presence of any of the owners in the area.
