Mousa’s father explained that three settlers threatened his son in “Mahne Yehuda” street in West Jerusalem while he was stopped at the traffic light. They had a gun, knife and a stick. He managed to run away from them; he had all windows and doors closed. While driving in Al-Musrara Street, he noticed they were still following him on a motorbike and were still threatening him. A’bed said: “We did not talk at all during the whole way. When we arrived at Kiryat Yovel, one of them said that a person is waiting for them at the end of the street and he will pay me. As I was walking, one the settlers started hitting me with a wine bottle on my face, shoulder and head.”

He added: “Despite the pain, I kept on driving until I reached another taxi and I asked the driver to call the police. One of the settlers managed to leave the car and run away and I was able to hold the other until the police arrived and arrested him.”
