The Martyrdom of Baha’ Hirbawi and arresting his father
The 23-year old Baha’ Emad Samir Hirbawi from the village of Ezaryeh was martyred on Tuesday 20/6/2017 after being shot by the occupation forces at Jaba’ checkpoint northeast of Jerusalem.
The occupation authorities claimed that Hirbawi attempted to carry out a stabbing attack near “Adam” settlement northeast of Jerusalem while the Martyr’s family declined the claims and explained that their son was coming back from the city of Ramallah when he was shot.
According to witnesses, the occupation forces stopped Hirbawi at the checking and started searched him but it is unclear what happened afterwards.
The forces raided the Martyr’s house on Tuesday night and arrested his father.
