For the 11th day…prayer at Al-Aqsa gates
July 26, 2017

For the 11th consecutive day, thousands of Muslims prayed all five prayers at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque in refusal to the Israeli procedures at Al-Aqsa.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center explained that thousands performed the prayers near Al-Majles Gate and Lions Gate, as people remained at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque requesting to remove the metal paths and not to install cameras at Al-Aqsa gates.

Thousands also performed the Night Prayer in Lions Gate main road after being prevented from entering the Old City of Jerusalem. After the Prayer, the forces randomly fired sound grenades and rubber bullets and injured four worshippers.

On Wednesday morning, the forces isolated journalists from the area of Lions Gate.

The occupation forces continued excavation works in Al-Ghazali courtyard- Lions Gate courtyard- and placed cloth covers around the excavations area.

Religious references confirmed their complete refusal to all procedures carried out by the occupation authorities since 14/7/2017 and requested to open all of Al-Aqsa gates for all worshippers without exceptions.
