The municipality demolishes two apartments in Beit Safafa
On Wednesday, the occupation municipality demolished two apartments in the village of Beit Safafa, under the pretext of “building without a permit.”
Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem learned that the two apartments are owned by Mohammad Joudeh and Yazid Tina.
The Joudeh family explained that bulldozers and municipality crews stormed the two apartments without warning, and beat and pushed those present, including women and children, then took out some furniture, and demolished the apartments on top of the rest of the furniture.
The area of each apartment is 100 square meters, and they accommodate 13 people, including 7 children.
A fine of 50,000 shekels was imposed on the two families.
The forces arrested the young man, Mohammad Joudeh, after beating him during the storming of the house.
