Extensions of arrest…releases

The occupation police released on Wednesday night 15-year old Mohammad Ahmad Abulhawa after arresting him while walking in the village of Al-Tur.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the occupation forces arrested Abulhawa from the village of Al-Tur and transferred him to Salah Eddin Street police station for interrogations. After detaining him for several hours, he was unconditionally released.

The police also released Mohammad Sultan Abbasi after interrogating him for several hours.

On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that a session was held for the child Omar Tawil requesting to reduce the house-arrest conditions imposed on him; the decision was postponed until 23/5/2016. The judge also scheduled a session for the minors Khader Abu Ghannam and Haitham Khweis on 6/6/2016. 

The judge also extended the arrest of Obada Issa until 19/5/2016, Basel Mheisen until 22/5/2016, Husni Darwish and Odai Dirbas until completing the legal procedures against them and Ismaeel Karaki until 12/7/2016.

Also, the judge extended the arrest of Mo’men Zghayyar until 27/5/2016; Fares Dari, Mouath Obeid, Mohammad Jamal Mahmoud and Basel Abu Diab until 22/5/2016; Mohammad Abu Rayyaleh and Hakim Dirbas until completing the legal procedures against them and Daoud Abu Sbitan until 23/5/2016.

The administrative arrest imposed on Ibrahim Musleh was renewed for an additional three months; a session was scheduled for him on 24/5/2016.
