Arrests…extensions of arrest…releases
The occupation forces arrested on Monday early morning two minors from the village of Esawyeh.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the forces arrested 15-year old Adam Kayed Mahmoud and 15-year old Mohammad Tawfiq Abu Hummos.
The forces also arrested Qais Dirbas and Majd Nayef Mustafa on monad night.
On the other hand, lawyer Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mahmoud Naser until 2/6/2016, Omar Mona until 6/6/2016, Mohammad Abed and Akram Mustafa until 7/6/2016.
The judge also extended the arrest of Mohammad Shalabi until 15/6/2016, Yousef Obeid and Ahmad Khalil until completing the legal procedures against them, Malek Hijazi until 6/6/2016, Mutasem Joulani until 25/5/2016, Bashar Jbareen until 12/7/2016, Sameh Najib until 26/5/2016 and Basel Abu Diab until 29/6/2016.
Also, the judge decided to release Basel Mheisen with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail; the prosecution requested to postpone the release until appealing the judge’s decision.
The judge also decided to release the child Obada Issa with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 6 days and a third-party bail, and released Fares Dari and Mouath Obeid and Mohammad Jamal Mahmoud with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail for each.
On Sunday, the police arrested a 10-year old child from the neighborhood of Shu’fat north of Jerusalem.
