Releasing a girl…extensions of arrest…and releases…

The Israeli police unconditionally released 18-year old Wala’ Obeid after arresting and interrogating her for several hours.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge decided to release 18-year old Louai Issa Satleeh and 16-year old Mahmoud Naeem Ashayer with a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS, and released the child Fawwaz Obeidat with a third-party bail.

Lawyer Mahmoud added that the District Court decided on Thursday to release 15-year old Omar Ishtay with a 5-thousand NIS bail, a third-party bail of 10 thousand NIS and house-arrest in addition to deportation from Shu’fat to Beit Hanina.

The judge extended the arrest of Abdullah Samer Fahed Abu Sbitan (17), Basem, Omar Abulhawa (16) and Ahmad Obeid until completing the legal procedures against them.

The judge also released the child Mahmoud Abu Abed and Malek Baseet with a 300-NIS bail, house-arrest for 3 days and a third-party bail; they are all from the village of Sur Baher.

Also, the judge extended the arrest of Rama Abdellatif until 6/10/2016, Nour Abu Rmeileh until 27/9/2016 (sentencing), Yazan N’aji and Ali Atyeh until 14/7/2016, Munther Khalil and Basel Mheisen until 29/5/2016, Mohammad Halseh until 30/5/2016, Mohammad Abu Humos and Mansour Naser until 29/5/2016, Subhi Abu Khalifeh until 11/9/2016 (sentencing), Baha’ Ajloni indefinitely and Sameh Najib until 29/5/2016.  

The occupation authorities renewed the administrative arrest imposed on Ibrahim Musleh for three additional months.

The judge sentenced Mutasem Julian for a suspended probation of 4 months for  two years and a 3-thousand NIS fine.
