Silwan: The occupation forces arrest two young men from the neighborhood of Ein Al-Lozeh
The occupation forces arrested two young men on Saturday night from the neighborhood of Ein Al-Lozeh in Silwan.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that Special Forces individuals along with Israeli police raided the neighborhood of Ein Al-Lozeh on Saturday night and closed the Main Street as well as the side road in the neighborhood. The forces stopped vehicles and checked young men’s IDs and body-searched some of them; they also ascended the roofs of several commercial stores.
The locals of the neighborhood explained that the forces raided the commercial stores in a provocative way and forces the owners to close their stores. They arrested two young men; Mustafa Ghazzawi and another young man who is yet to be identified.
The forces also raided the Middle Neighborhood in Silwan on Saturday afternoon and assaulted a young man in the area. They also raided several residential houses under the pretext of looking for “stone-throwers”.
