Arrests…extensions of arrest…releases…isolating a child from Al-Aqsa Mosque
The occupation forces arrested on Sunday night two brothers from the village of Esawyeh and isolated one child from Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer explained that the Israeli forces arrested 12-year old Akram Obeid and his 22-year old brother Mohammad; note that Mohammad was arrested despite suffering from fractures in his leg.
The occupation police unconditionally released on Sunday night Ali Siam and Yazan Siam. They were arrested after raiding their homes and severely beating their family and assaulting them with sound grenades, rubber bullets and pepper gas which led to the injury of several family members.
On the other hand, the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Dalal Abulhawa until 15/9/206 to submit an indictment against her and also extended the arrest of Hamed Obeid until Monday and 16-year old Mustafa Mustafa until 13/9/2016.
The judge decided to release Shadi Mheisen with a 500-NIS bail and house-arrest for 5 days, and the police released the child Naser Ibrahim on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 15 days and house-arrest for 5 days.
