Arrests…extensions of arrest…releases
The occupation forces arrested on Tuesday morning Mohannad Zaghal, one of Al-Aqsa guards, while working near Al-Silsileh Gate and transferred him to the police station for interrogation.
On the other hand, the forces arrested 5 young Jerusalemite men after raiding their homes in the neighborhood of Bab Hutta in the Old City of Jerusalem. They are: Naser Ajloni, Munir Ajloni, Ragheb Abu Sneineh, Mo’men Hashim and Majd Sharifeh.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Fadi Shawa, Jawad Meze’ro, Yousef Abu Shkeidem and Mohamamd Bayya’ until Wednesday, Wajih Sbitan until completing the legal procedures against him and Mohamamd Shyoukhi (twin-brother of Martyr Ali) and Mohammad Mousa Abbasi until 27/10/2016.
The judge also decided to release the child Mohammad Jaber Abbasi with a 650-NIS bail and house-arrest for 7 days.
Last Sunday, the police released Ziad Tarek Naser, Amer Ziad Zidani, Louai Khader Rajabi, Majdi Fawwaz Abu Tayeh, Karim Ishaq Abu Tayeh, Musallam Odeh, Ayman Abu Tayeh, Maher Samer Sarhan, Ali Marwan Shyoukhi, Abdullah Abu Khatee, Mustafa Assaileh, Mohamamd Issa Atyeh, Ahmad Khaled Aweisat, Mohammad Khaled Aweisat, Nour Amer Aweisat on condition of deportation from their areas of residency for 5 days; they are residents of Silwan, Jabal Al-Mukabber and Esawyeh.
