Arresting 6 Jerusalemites from the village of Esawyeh…sentencing three young men…extensions of arrest

The occupation forces arrested six Jerusalemites on Wednesday early morning after raiding their homes in the village of Esawyeh.

Lawyer Mohamamd Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces arrested five children from the village of Esawyeh. They are: Mahmoud Abu Sneineh (1&), Ismaeel Mheisen (17), Nadim Zahra Safadi (17), Adam Mustafa (16) and Hussein Abed Darwish (16).

Local sources in the village explained that the Israeli forces also arrested Odai Dari.

On the other hand, the judge sentenced three young Jerusalemite men for actual imprisonment. Lawyer Mahmoud explained that the judge sentenced Qusai Khalil for 12 months, Ayoub Hindi for 8 months and Ahmad Khalil for 12 months. They were also sentenced for a suspended probation of 12 months for three years.

The judge also extended the arrest of Ata Awadallah, Mahmoud Obeid, Mouamar Darwish and Mohammad Totah until 5/12/2016, Mohammad Arafeh until 3/11/2016, Eyad Shalabi until 3/1/2017, Odai Yousef and Mohamamd Al-Razem and Mohamamd Akram Abulhawa until 3/11/2016 and Mohammad Abu Sbeih until completing the legal procedures against him.

The judge also extended the arrest of Yousef Falah until 23/11/2016; he is under administrative arrest.
