After 15 months under house-arrest…two Jerusalemite children turn themselves-in to actual imprisonment
Two Jerusalemite minors; Baker Mahmoud Abbasi (16) and Omar Daoud Abbasi (16), turned themselves-in to the occupation police on Sunday morning to server their one-year prison sentences.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center explained that the two children were arrested in July 2015 by the Musta’ribeen unit (undercover police) and were assaulted and severely beaten. After two weeks, they were released on conditions of a bail and house-arrest; they were accused of throwing Molotov Cocktails.
The center also explained that the two children had been under house-arrest for 15 months and were sentenced afterwards.
