Arresting 3 Jerusalemites from Silwan
The occupation forces arrested on Monday early morning three Jerusalemites from Silwan.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces arrested Mouayad Ahmad Abu Ryaleh (16), Majd Kamal Al-A’war (16) and 20-year old Fouad Ahmad Al-Qaq and transferred them for interrogation at the police centers.
Witnesses explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that occupation forces along with Intelligence personnel raided the village of Silwan in the early morning hours and stormed into the house of the above mentioned detainees and arrested them.
Extensions of arrest
On the other hand, the judge extended the arrest of Yousef Abu Jom’a until 21/12/2016, Mutasem Habib until 25/12/2016 (conduct officer’s report), Amin Hamed until 14/12/2016, Walid Rajabi and Jihad Ameera until 15/12/2016.
Indictments
The public prosecution submitted indictments against Odai Abu Sa’ed and the minors Ahmad Tawil, Ala’ Joulani and Ahmad Isho and extended their arrest until 22/12/2016.
An indictment was also submitted against Yousef Abu Ta’a and the judge extended his arrest until completing the legal procedures against him; the indictment included charges of throwing stones and planning to carry out an attack.
The prosecution also submitted indictments against four children from the neighborhood of Al-Thori in Silwan, they are: Abdullah Ma’tooq (15), Amir Sharaf (13), Mohammad Fayez (14) and Ali Ma’tooq (14); the judge extended their arrest until 6/2/2017.
Releases
The judge decided to release the child Yousef Abu Sneineh with a 4-thousand NIS bail, house-arrest and deportation from Shu’fat Refugee Camp to the village of Esawyeh.
The judge also decided to release Daoud Al-Ghoul with a 1500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 10 days and a third-party bail, and also released Saleh Mheisen with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 7 days and a third-party bail.
