Arresting a Jerusalemite girl at Qalandia checkpoint
The occupation forces arrested on Tuesday afternoon a Palestinian girl under the pretext of attempting a run-over attack while passing through Qalandia checkpoint north of Jerusalem.
The occupation police said in a statement that a 31-year old Palestinian girl from Beit Hanina was arrested and was transferred for interrogation at the police center.
According to the police, the young girl approached the checkpoint while still speeding and then stopped, gout of her vehicle and looked like she had a knife and starting chanting “Allahu Akbar”.
Witnesses said the forces closed the checkpoint during the arrest and also closed Hizma checkpoint.
