A Jerusalemite Woman Shot by the Israeli Occupation on Qalandia Checkpoint
A 35 year old Jerusalemite woman was shot by the Israeli occupation while passing through Qalandiya checkpoint north of Jerusalem, under the pretext of trying to implement stabbing.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the injured woman is Jihan Mohammad Hashima, age 35; she has been transferred for treatment to Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital.
Israeli police stated that the Jerusalemite woman, age 35, was shot by the Israeli Forces stationed at Qalandiya checkpoint under the pretext of trying to possess a knife to use for stabbing.
Israeli police added that the woman is a resident of Issawiya village, and has been transferred for treatment to Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital.
