The Arrest of Five Young Jerusalemites ... and Extending the Confinement of a Jerusalemite Woman
Israeli forces arrested five young Jerusalemites today at dawn, after storming their homes in the neighborhoods of the city of Jerusalem.
Wadi Hilweh- Silwan Information Center was notified that Israeli forces carried out arrests in Silwan, the Old City of Jerusalem, and Issawiya, after storming and searching houses.
Wadi Hilweh- Silwan Information Center was also informed that the detainees are Mohammad Saari Al Abassi, age 24, Anas Mohammad Al Abassi, age 22 from Silwan, Wisam Seder, age 23, Ahmad Saeed from Bab Hutta neighborhood in the old city, and Zayed Al Ajlouni from Issawiyya village.
On a related note, Amjad Abu Assab, Chairman of the Committee of Jerusalemite Prisoner Families, explained that the Israeli Forces arrested Ms. Raeda Al Atrash, mother of the Jerusalemite detainee Musaab Al Atrash, yesterday and the police extended her arrest to present her at court today.
