Arrests in the village of Issawiya ... Judgment of a Child…Extending Arrests
Israeli forces arrested six Jerusalemites from the village of Issawiya, and the judge sentenced a boy actual imprisonment.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces arrested Imad Tariq Sarandah, age13, Mohammad Mer’i Derbas, age 16, and Naif Wasim Obaid, age 14.
Local sources from the village of Issawiya reported that the Israeli forces arrested Daoud Derbas, Nidal Faroukh, and Ali Ma’moun Abu Riala.
In a related context the Israeli court sentenced the boy Yousef Abu Jumaa, actual imprisonment of 15 months, and a fine of 1,000 Shekels.
The judge decided to release the boy Izz Misbah Abu Sbeih - the son of the martyr Misbah- under the condition of staying away from Al Aqsa Mosque for a period of 60 days, and undergoing house arrest for a week.
The judge extended the boys Mahmoud Al Khatib until 02/09/2017, Mu’tasem Al Ja’bari until 03/06/2017 “witnesses heard”, Tamer Bilal Darwish until 01/10/2017, Sami Abu Rmeileh and Adel Mahmoud until 01/22/2017.
