Orders banning travel and entry to the West Bank…extensions of arrest…releases
The occupation authorities issued an order banning four young Jerusalemite men from travelling abroad for 6 months.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge released Basel Zghayyar, Taher Khatib, Abed Barakat and Mahmoud Barakat with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 7 days and a third-party bail for each in addition to banning them from travelling abroad for 6 months.
The occupation intelligence handed the freed Jerusalemite prisoner, Obaida Ibrahim Ameera, an order banning him from entering the West Bank for 6 months.
Extensions of arrest
Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Naji Abu Jom’a, Ahmad Abu Jom’a, Louai Satleeh, Mohammad Atyeh, Nour Eddin Mheisen and Mohannad Abu Asab until 7/4/2017.
The judge also extended the arrest of Sami Abed Fteiha, Ali Bader, Mohammad Shweiki, Hamdi Jaber, Bilal Ghateet, Hamdi Jaber, Islam Qaram and Yassin Tawil until 9/4/2017, Mohammad Joulani until 26/4/2017, Suhaib Afaneh until 8/5/2017 and Ibrahim Kleib until 27/4/2017.
Also, the judge extended the arrest of Nimer Mahmoud and Dia’ Mahmoud until 7/4/2017, Huthaifa Shreiteh and Jamal Mheisen until 10/4/2017.
Releases
Lawyer Mahmoud also said the judge released Hasanein Zghayyar with a 750-NIS bail and house-arrest for 10 days while Mohammad Atrash and Khader Joulani were released with a 2000-NIS bail and house-arrest for 14 days for each.
He also released Yazan Husseini with a 1000-NIS bail and house-arrest for 14 days with allowing them to go to school.
The District judge released Yazan Farroukh (14) and Yousef Hijazi (12) with a 2000-NIS bail and house-arrest, and rejected the public prosecution’s appeal on the Magistrate judge’s decision to release them; they are from Silwan.
The judge also sentenced the child Majd Al-A’war for 4 months of actual imprisonment, and released him on Wednesday since he had already completed his sentence.
The police also released the child Mohammad Jawad Abu Sneineh on condition of house-arrest for 5 days.
The judge decided to release Jibreel Balaleh, Ala’ Najib and Omar Firawi with a 250-NIS bail, house-arrest for 10 days, and a 3-thousand NIS third-party bail for each; he allowed Firawi to go to work.
The judge also extended the house-arrest imposed on Ibrahim Zaghal until 16/4/2017 while allowing him to go to school.
A session was held for Abdel Karim Shyoukhi and Ammar Fakhouri to discuss extending his administrative arrest for 3 more months.
On the other hand, the occupation forces raided Mount of Olives hotel in the village of Al-Tur and arrested Kamal Abdel A’al; he is from Gaza and is sick with cancer. He was released afterwards.
