Sentencing a Jerusalemite girl for 10 years in prison…arrests

The District Court sentenced on Wednesday the Jerusalemite prisoner Malak Salman (17) for 10 years of actual imprisonment on charges of “possession of a knife and attempt to kill”.

Malak Salman is from the village of Beit Safafa south of Jerusalem. She was arrested on 9/2/2016 from the area of Damascus Gate in Jerusalem.

On the other hand, the occupation forces arrested six Jerusalemites on Wednesday early morning.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces arrested 5 Jerusalemites from the village of Esawyeh, they are: Tarek Fahmi Jaber (22), Mohammad Akram Tamimi (19), Yousef Mustafa (17), Mohammad Alayan (15) and Mohammad Suhaib Mheisen 917).

The forces also arrested Emad Abed Abu Sneineh (18) from Silwan.
