August 26, 2017

The occupation forces arrested on Saturday early morning two brothers after raiding their home in Shu’fat Refugee Camp in Jerusalem.

Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the forces raided the house of Jaber family in Shu’fat Refugee Camp after completely surrounding it.

Jaber family explained that more than 40 soldiers raided their house, searched and damaged some of its contents and also assaulted and pushed all family members before arrested Mohammad (23) and Taha (25). They also requested their other brother Mahmoud (21) for interrogation since he wasn’t home; Mahmoud is a freed prisoner who had spent 5 years in the occupation’s prison.

The family added that the forces interrogated Malak (10) and Yassin (12) inside the family house and questioned them about the location of their brother Mahmoud; they insisted they had no idea where he was.

The family also explained that Malak was terrified by the occupation forces’ raid on their home which lasted for more than 5 hours.
