Injured by a rubber bullet…the youth Majd Mustafa is receiving treatment after undergoing a splenectomy surgery
The 16-year old Majd Nayef Mustafa is currently receiving treatment at Shaare Zedek hospital after undergoing a splenectomy surgery after being injured by a rubber bullet in the village of Esawyeh on Monday afternoon.
Mustafa explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that he was heading to the grocery store in the village to buy coffee on Monday afternoon when he was targeted by the occupation forces with a rubber bullet that hit him from behind. He was transferred to a medical center and then to Al-Maqased hospital before being transferred to Shaare Zedek hospital due to the severity of the injury.
Mustafa added that he underwent a splenectomy surgery at Shaare Zedek hospital.
