Storming the house of Abu Jamal family…arrests among family members
On Thursday morning, Israeli police and intelligence agents stormed the house of the suspect in the stabbing attack that occurred in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli police stormed the house of Abdul Rahman Ali Abu Jamal, 17 years - suspected of stabbing police officers inside the police station - and arrested his mother.
Witnesses added that the Israeli police photographed the family’s house and threatened to demolish it.
The family explained that the police did not inform them about the condition of their son. The police said in a statement late Wednesday night that he was shot by the police after he carried out a stabbing attack in Jabal Al-Mukabber police station, and injured 5 policemen.
At approximately 09:30 a.m., the soldiers returned and broke into the family's house again. They arrested Ali Abu Jamal, Abdul Rahman’s the father, and his two brothers, Mohammed and Mahmoud, and his sister.
The occupation forces tried to storm Jabal Al-Mukabber secondary school where Abdul Rahman is a student in 12th grade.
