Targeting the guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque- Occupation authorities isolate 6 Jerusalemites from Al-Aqsa
On Sunday morning, the Israeli police commander issued orders to isolate six Jerusalemites from Al-Aqsa Mosque for periods ranging from 4-6 months.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center said that the orders were issued against five guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and a member of Fatah movement in Jerusalem after being summoned to Al-Qishleh police station in the Old City of Jerusalem.
Firas Dibs, head of public relations and media in the Islamic Awqaf department, said that the occupation authorities isolatedfive of Al-Aqsa Mosque’s guards, they are: Fadi Alayan, Louay Abu Al-Saed, and Ahmad Abu Alia for 6 months, while Yehya Shehadeh and Salman Abu Mayalehwere isolated for 4 months.
Awad Salaymeh, a member of Fatah movement in Jerusalem, was also isolated from Al-Aqsa Mosque for six months.
Firas Dibs said that the occupation authorities arrested and summoned last week the guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque after the siege imposed on the Dome of the Rock for 6 hours, and released them on condition that they come to the police station on Sunday where they were handed the isolation orders.
