Assaulting the locals of Issawiya…injuries and arrests

The Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Issawiya and assaulted the residents with sound grenades, rubber bullets and tear gas canisters.

According to the follow-up committee in Issawiya, the occupation forces injured dozens of locals with suffocation due to random firing of tear gas between houses and residential buildings and in the streets.

The committee added that the Israeli occupation forces stormed Obeid neighborhood, surrounded the perimeter of one of the houses and then stormed its outer courtyard. They assaulted and beat the young men in the area, and also assaulted the women.

The forces arrested Ahmed Fathi al-Masri and Khader Rabah Abu al-Hummos.

The activist and member of the follow-up committee, Mohammed Abu al-Hummos, was wounded above his eye, and Hamza Abu al-Hummos with a rubber-coated bullet in the lower limbs and suffocation of poisonous peppergas.
