Expulsion orders from Al-Aqsa Mosque
The occupation police released the Jerusalemite Mrs. Sana Al-Rajabi, after she was arrested from Al-Aqsa Mosque and interrogated for several hours, on condition of expulsion from Al-Aqsa for two weeks, and attend a hearing next month.
The police also released 11 Palestinians on condition of expulsion from Al-Aqsa Mosque for two weeks, after they were arrested and assaulted in Al-Aqsa. They are: Aseel Eid, Nour Mahameed, Mai Assaileh, Majd Kabha, Mus’ab Derbas, Habib Abu Shusha, Yousef Abu Shusha, Abdullah Abu Shusha, Yazan Derbas, and Islam Ghatit.
The court sentenced Mustafa Abu Al-Hawa for 26 months in prison.
A hearing session was held for the youths Nadim Al-Safadi, Saleh Abu Asab, Anwar Obaid, Adam Mahmoud and Fayez Mheisen, and the judge decided to release them on condition of house-arrest and to reduce the financial guarantee imposed on them to NIS 3000, but the young men rejected the decision, and the judge extend their detention.
The youths were arrested last Monday and an indictment was filed against them including charges of "breach of the nightly home confinement imposed on them by the “Commander of Internal Front."
