14 arrests from Jerusalem including 7 females
On Wednesday, the occupation forces and intelligence carried out large-scale arrests in the city of Jerusalem.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem stated that the occupation forces and intelligence carried out a campaign of arrests that started from the dawn hours in the village of Issawiya, and in the morning hours from Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood to investigate the stabbing operation, most of which took place from inside the Al-Rawda Modern School in the neighborhood, in addition to separate arrests from the streets of Jerusalem.
The lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center explained that the arrests affected 14 Jerusalemites, including 7 females "3 underage girls", one of whom is suspected of stabbing a settler in Sheikh Jarrah, the suspect's mother and the mother of another girl, as well as the director of Al-Rawda Modern School and a teacher.
The lawyer added that the forces arrested a school student, from Salah El-Din Street, and beat him, injuring him in the hand.
The forces also arrested a young man while he was near the Dung Gate - Silwan.
At dawn Wednesday, the occupation forces arrested 5 Jerusalemites after storming their homes in the village of Issawiya, including 3 boys.
