Sentencing 4 Jerusalemites to actual imprisonment
On Tuesday, the occupation courts issued actual prison sentences against 4 Jerusalemites.
The lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center - Jerusalem, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the court sentenced:
• Khaled Baraghiti was sentenced for 11 months
• Laith Lidawiehwas sentenced for 9 months
• Mohammad Okkeh was sentenced for 9 months
• The boy Yazan Al-Afghani was sentenced for 6 months
On Monday evening, the Supreme Court approved the Public Prosecution's appeal against the sentences of two young men from Al-Tur:
▪︎ Nawaf Abu Al-Hawa: hisprison sentence was extended for two years to make it a 9-year sentence
▪︎ Rami Salah Al-Din: his prison sentence was extended for one year, to make it a 6-year sentence
The Supreme Court also rejected the appeal submitted to it for the two Jerusalemite prisoners.
