Sur Baher - The municipality demolishes the "Al-Taqwa Prayer Hall" and agricultural facilities
This morning, the bulldozers of the occupation municipality demolished the Al-Taqwa Prayer Hall in the village of Sur Baher, south of the city of Jerusalem.
The residents said that the occupation municipality crews, accompanied by police officers and special forces, stormed the Al-Mashahid neighborhood in the village of Sur Baher, then raided a building that includes the Al-Taqwa Prayer Hall (the top floor).
The residents said that the forces surrounded the building and took up positions around the prayer hall, then the municipality's bulldozer began the demolition process and its crews dismantled the prayer hall.
The residents said that the prayer hall has been in existence for two years, and the residents tried to obtain a license after the demolition orders were issued, but to no avail.
The bulldozers also demolished agricultural and animal barracks belonging to the Abu Hamed family in the village of Sur Baher.
The occupation forces, accompanied by municipal crews, also stormed the town of Silwan and the village of Jabal al-Mukabber in Jerusalem.
